Washington, DC Live Music – Swing, Jazz and Big Band

Night and Day is one of DC ’s finest live bands. The core of the band has over 20 years of experience playing live music together. Our true love is the incredible music of the swing/big band era, so we have made that music our specialty. Throughout our decades of experience, we have played a wide variety of styles, and include many party and dance favorites in our repertoire. We are the perfect choice for any DC Wedding, corporate function, or special event.

Michael Suser, Night & Day’s band leader, is a Washington, D. C. native who has lived in the metro area for most of his life. The band has played at a variety of great DC venues, including the Smithsonian Art Museum’s Take Five concerts, and the Sculpture Garden jazz series. They have also performed at several of the Embassies, most recently Canada and New Zealand, and at many of the DC Hotels and jazz clubs. Plus, you can catch the trio at the Sala Thai restaurant in the Petworth area the fourth Friday of each month.
